Morgan's Wonderland with Kennedi

I took the day off and got to go with Kennedi and her class to Morgan's Wonderland for their 1st grade field trip!  We had so much fun playing and riding rides.  These are the days I hope never to forget!

My Little Slugger

Now it is Cade's turn to try his hand at baseball!  Cade is playing coach pitch this year and loving it! To no surprise at all, he is doing great!  Cade is a natural hitting the ball.  We are working on catching and throwing, but to be 5 and playing 6U, we couldn't be more proud!

Roadrunners - Season 6

It has been 6 great seasons with the Roadrunners.  These boys have become great friends on and off the court! 

SAGE projects

Every year the SAGE (G/T) students have to do a big project.  The project has to include research, a presentation board, model, and speech.  Carson did his project on the Periodic Table this year and Kennedi did hers on Jupiter.  Both kids did an outstanding job on their research and boards.  Jason helped them with their models and I helped them with their speeches.  We are so proud of these two smart kiddos!

And, on the morning that I helped them get their projects to school, I took Cade and registered him for kindergarten.  We look forward to another smart Diamond to roam the halls of Kinder Ranch next year!!

Zoo Field Trip with Cade

I was so happy to get to go to the zoo with Cade's class!  We had a great time seeing all the animals!  Can't believe this little guy is getting so big!

Dying Eggs and Easter Morning

We were about to start dying Easter eggs last year when we got the call from the hospital that Bill was not doing well.  That night, one year ago, Bill went to heaven.  This year Easter was bittersweet.  It's been a hard year and we miss Bill so much.  But, God is good, and the joy on our kids faces are what we live for every day!

Disney Frozen on Ice

Kennedi and Dani got tickets to Disney Frozen on Ice for Christmas.  Even though they had to wait until April, it was well worth it!  Happy little girls!!

Happy Easter

He is Risen!  We had a wonderful Easter this year celebrating the Resurrection!  On the Saturday before Easter, we enjoyed a fun Easter egg hunt with family and friends, Jason made burgers on the grill, and then we sang Happy Birthday to Carson.  It was a really fun day!
