Kennedi is 10!!

We made it to TEN!!  Kennedi celebrated her 10th birthday with some of her best friends at Alamo Gymnastics.  They flipped around for almost 2 hours, had cake and pizza, then came to sleep over!  It was a great group of girls and they had a BLAST!!  We are so proud of Kennedi.  I can't even begin to describe how smart, athletic, intuitive, and confident this child is.  NOTHING surprises me with her.  From teaching herself back handsprings in the back yard to killing it on the volleyball court and acing in the classroom, she can do it all!  Watch out world, Kennedi Brooke is going to be a force to be reckoned with!

Pellet Gun

Nana and Papa got Cade a pellet gun for his birthday.  And...he is pretty good!  Ugh.  What have we started now??

SBMS Basketball

Go Wranglers!  Carson's 7th grade basketball team is coming together.  It is interesting to see the difference between club basketball and school, but both in very good ways.  Carson is having a blast playing with his friends and representing Spring Branch Middle School!

Cade is 8!!

No, not the baby!!  This year Cade teamed up with one of his best friends, Blake Nohe and we celebrated their 8th birthdays together!  Down at the park we had a bouncy house and a flag football game!  Blake's dad, Tom, and Jason went all out with cones, pennies, and flags. The boys had a blast!!  Cade is my rough, tough, sweet, smart, and snuggly boy.  He loves is "momma time" and I am trying to cherish that as long as I can.  He loves football, he loves people, he loves is family, and he loves Jesus.  What else could I possibly ask for??

Volleyball Tournament in Round Rock

This was our first travel experience for club volleyball and it was a success!  Kennedi played so well!  It has been a lot of fun watching the girls grow in their skills and grow together as a team.  Kennedi has a lot of strengths, but one of the most predominant is her serving.  This girl served the first 9 points of one game (see pic below)!  I don't think I overhand served until I was a freshman.  We are so excited to watch her passion for this game grow!  Way to go Ignite!
