South Padre 2020

The summer didn't quite go as planned. No sports, no travel for sports, and no big vacation. However, we were able to sneak away to South Padre Island with the Sutton family for a long weekend. It was incredibly relaxing and lots of fun! Sun, surf, volleyball, football, banana boat rides, parasailing, great food, and lifelong friends! In the midst of the crazy pandemic, we have learned to value family time more than ever. I love my tribe so much!

13 Premier here we come!

Alamo tryouts today! Kennedi made 13 premier! Hoping for a covid free season!

July 4th

Beautiful night to hang out with the Reus family. Burgers, sparklers, fireworks, and night swimming! Happy 4th of July!

SNAKES!

 Ewwww.....snakes!  One was in our carport and I walked right by it without even seeing it.  The other Jason killed in the backyard.  That time of year, I guess.  Just hope they stay away from Faith and the kids!

Bougie Ballers!

Kennedi, Berkely, Katherine, and Addi played in a 4 v 4 tournament!  They had super cute Bougie Baller tshirts!  So much fun! 

Revo Baseball Camp

 Cade and his friend Bexar got to go to baseball camp this week!  They had a blast hitting, fielding, catching, and scrimmaging!  Nice way to break up the days and be outside playing!

Beach Volleyball ALL Weekend!

Such a fun weekend in the sand! P1440 Southwestern Championship and Texas Cup! Kennedi and Katherine rocked 12u! 2 days of very tough competition ended with an amazing championship game. They ended up 2nd place! So proud! And, Kennedi won best server award for 12u! Then, the girls rested for an hour or so and began warming up for 14u. Kennedi and Kat always pushing themselves to play up to get better! Kennedi played with a new partner. She and Aubrey went 3-2 overall in a crazy competitive 14u group. Whew, I’m exhausted! I can’t even imagine how these girls play so much and so tough in this heat. Big future ahead for all these amazing athletes!
