These Are The Days!

Time flies when you are having fun! I worry everyday that I will forget the precious moments that I share with my family, so I have decided that I need to do a better job capturing those memories. My sweet babies are growing so fast and I not only want to remember them as babies, but watch them grow into the amazing people they are!

End of an Era

I CANNOT believe that Carson has just finished his kindergarten year.  This is CRAZY!  Carson had a WONDERFUL year!  He is reading on a 2nd-3rd grade level, writing like crazy and doing math like you wouldn't believe.  We absolutely LOVED Mrs. Barr and are going to miss her so much!  She took such good care of Carson, taught him so much, communicated with me so well, and most importantly set a SOLID foundation for Carson both academically and emotionally!  Thank you Mrs. Barr for a GREAT year!

Today was also our last day at Country Home.  We have been there since Carson was 16 months.  It was a great place for our children to learn and grow.  However, like most parents, we always have our eyes out for something bigger and better for our kids.  In particular, I was looking for a summer program for Carson that was a little more structured, but had lots of opportunity for him to see new things and have lots of fun.  I found that program at Rainbow Station.  I wasn't planning on moving Kennedi and Cade yet, but after investigating the toddler program, Jason and I decided it was time for a change.  As of June 8th, all 3 of our kids will be attending Rainbow Station.  We are very excited for this new chapter, but there will be a few I do miss from Country Home..in particular, Ms. Mary and Ms. Maria.  Ms. Mary and Ms. Maria are the teachers in Tod B and have kept all 3 of our kids.  They love on them, play with them, and teach them so much.  I wish that I could have stayed home with my babies, but because I couldn't I am so glad they were in the care of these two ladies.  Today I took a picture of Ms. Mary, Ms. Maria and all 3 kids.  Cade was mad because he thought I was leaving him, and the other 2 kids don't even remember being in their class.  But, Jason and I are grateful for the care they have given our kids!
