These Are The Days!

Time flies when you are having fun! I worry everyday that I will forget the precious moments that I share with my family, so I have decided that I need to do a better job capturing those memories. My sweet babies are growing so fast and I not only want to remember them as babies, but watch them grow into the amazing people they are!

Upward Basketball

It's basketball time!  I have to admit, this is my favorite sport and I just LOVE watching my kids play the game that was so much a part of my life.  This year we signed them up for Upward Bounds Basketball program.  It is a Christian-based program that teaches kids not only basketball skills, but sportsmanship, teamwork, and other Christ-like skills. 

Kennedi is on the kinder team (even though she is barely 5 and won't go to kindergarten until next year).  Her team was the "Little Aggies".  Carson is on the 1st/2nd grade team, the "Razorbacks." 

Both kids got great coaches and seem to really be leaning a lot.  The devotions after every practice and at every half-time really put sports into perspective!
