Happy Easter

He is Risen!  What a glorious day!  I try really hard to teach my kids the meaning of Easter and how blessed we are to be here on this Earth and living the beautiful life we do.  I pray everyday that they know Jesus and they grow up to be good Christian people.  As they get older, they amaze me with their knowledge about the crucifiction and resurrection.  Each in their own little minds interpret Easter in a different way, but all 3 know that Jesus died on the cross for them.  At this point, I couldn't ask for more!

Bluebonnets

I always want to take the kids pictures in the blue bonnets, but I never do.  I always seem to drive by a nice patch of flowers and think what a great place it would be to take photos...another day.  But this year, on our way home from church on Easter Sunday, we stopped and got pictures.  Pretty flowers + pretty kids = great pics!

Dying Eggs

Time to get ready for Easter!  Once again this year, the kids enjoying dying and decorating Easter eggs for the Easter Bunny to hide on Easter morning!

Carson is 8!

I CANNOT believe my sweet little baby boy is 8 YEARS OLD!  What a handsome young man he is turning in to!  Carson is so incredibly smart, extremely sensitive and conciensious, and has a heart of gold.  He loves his family, works hard at school, and loves Jesus.  What more could a mom ask for!  Happy Birthday Bear!  We love you more than you will ever know!

Zoo Field Trip

I had the pleasure of going on a zoo field trip with Kennedi's pre-K class!  It was so much fun watching those little minds wonder and explore.  We had a great time and I was so grateful to be able to spend that special time with Kenna!

Carson's 8th Birthday Party

I can not believe Carson will be 8 this week!  Where has time gone?  This sweet little boy is growing up into a handsome young man.  This year Carson invited a lot of the boys from his class, football team, and Rainbow Station to come play some video games.  We rented a Game Truck and the kids played hard for an hour and a half!  The adults visited and then watched the kiddos enjoy pizza, cake, and ice cream.  Everyone had a really good time!  We are so blessed to have so many good friends and family.  Carson is one lucky boy!
