This summer Carson trained at Crossfit 925 in their Iron Athlete program.  He worked on foot speed, strength, and agility.  I didn't get many pictures, but these boys worked their tail off.  He did this Monday-Thursday for and hour and 15 minutes every morning.  Then, I took him straight to basketball where he attended camp until 5:00 and then had club practice 3 days a week until 8:00.  If that isn't dedication to a sport, I don't know what is.  The bottom picture is this kid, that is also trying to grow in his spare time :)
