Happy Birthday Dad!

Tonight we celebrated Dad's birthday at Chama Gaucha Brazillian Steak House.  We are so blessed to have him in our lives.  Papa loves the kids sooo much and never wants to miss a game.  Happy Birthday!  We love you so much!

Dani celebrated her 10th birthday at Natural Bridge Caverns.  The kids climbed the ropes course and had a blast!  No fear for these Diamond kids!

Iron Athlete

This summer Carson trained at Crossfit 925 in their Iron Athlete program.  He worked on foot speed, strength, and agility.  I didn't get many pictures, but these boys worked their tail off.  He did this Monday-Thursday for and hour and 15 minutes every morning.  Then, I took him straight to basketball where he attended camp until 5:00 and then had club practice 3 days a week until 8:00.  If that isn't dedication to a sport, I don't know what is.  The bottom picture is this kid, that is also trying to grow in his spare time :)

Team BBQ

The SFS family gathered at the Ludeman's for a fun afternoon of swimming, basketball, and great food.  Kennedi held their iguana!  What a fun afternoon!
